Prescriptions phone line extended hours

We have amended our phone Main Menu so that when you ring us, the options are now:

  • For Prescription queries, lines are open 10am to 12 noon and then 2pm to 4pm. Press 1
  • For Nurse and Health Care Assistant appointments ONLY, call from 9am to 4pm, Press 2
  • For Test Results, call between 10am and 3pm, press 3
  • For Referrals, call between 2pm and 4pm, press 4.
  • For the Reception team, press 5. Please note the Reception team will not be able to help with prescription queries.

We have extended the times of the Prescription queries line as many of our calls are prescription queries. Prescriptions is a specialised area so it is more efficient and causes less frustration for everyone if queries are answered by a member of the Prescriptions team.

We politely request that if you have an issue with your prescriptions, then please do call between the times given above. Alternatively please email your query to selicb.londonlaneclinicprescriptions@nhs.net.
