Over 40? You need to know your blood pressure.

We recently sent out a text asking for a blood pressure reading. For some of you, this may have been the first time that you have been asked. High blood pressure rarely has noticeable symptoms. If untreated it increases your risk of heart attack, stroke or dementia. If not already regularly checking your blood pressure, it is recommended to check it at least once a year.

You can get your blood pressure checked for free at many local pharmacies and here at London Lane Clinic on the machine by the Reception desk.

If you’ve got a blood pressure monitor at home, please let us know your readings.
