Patient Experience Survey – March 2023

London Lane Clinic is taking part in Accelerate, a quality improvement programme by NHS England for general practice.  Improving patient experience is one of the core objectives of the Accelerate Programme. To help us improve patient experience, we would be grateful if you could complete this short survey.  Please complete by Tuesday 28th March. This patient experience survey can help to surface important issues and areas for improvement which we may not otherwise be aware of and will help us work with the Accelerate Programme support team.

The survey is anonymous and confidential.  The information entered on this form will be used by the London Lane Clinic team as part of its work to improve patient services under the Accelerate Programme.  Your participation in this survey is voluntary and anonymous, and your response will be treated in confidence.  Aggregated responses from the practice will be shared with the Accelerate Programme team at NHS England who will use the data for internal reporting purposes.  This information will be stored securely and deleted when it is longer required for a legitimate business purpose unless there is a legal requirement to keep it for longer.  Please see the practice’s privacy notice Privacy Statement | London Lane Clinic (thelondonlaneclinic.nhs.uk) for further information.
