Appointments Only – not a Walk in Clinic

Please refrain from coming to the surgery without an appointment. The best way to get an appointment is to submit an e-Consult.

We politely request that patients do not visit the surgery for the sole purpose of booking an appointment unless absolutely necessary.

We do not have appointments available for “walk-ins”.

Please also be advised that to maximise the number of appointments we can offer to our patients, the appointments with GPs are scheduled for 10 minutes. We kindly ask that you only discuss ONE concern in your appointment. This is for clinical safety and so that we are fair to all patients. Please prioritise what you’d like to discuss with the GP during the appointment.
